* cvs/mksnapshot (COMPRESS,ZSUFFIX,VERBOSE): New configuration
variables.
(module): Abort creating snapshot if get_sources returned
failure. Report it, if VERBOSE is set.
Compression method is configurable via the COMPRESS variable.
* doc/gsc.texi: Update the desctiption of mksnapshot.
